I offer a thorough renovation and project management service for your residential projects to ensure total success of your project from start to finish.
My Project Management service is essentially dealing with tradespeople and suppliers for you, providing you with updates on how your project is progressing; as well as ensuring every aspect of your project is kept on track with budget, quality and time frame. This will help ensure your renovation is as stress free as possible for you and everything is undertaken in a professional manner, due to my experience and knowledge.

First step is an Initial meeting to discuss your design dreams, ideas, and budget. I will provide a thorough discussion of how I can help and what you can expect for the renovation.
Using your existing plans I can then accurately calculate the area of the space and/or measure and create sketch plans. Establish what materials will be required: tiles/carpet/furniture/home décor products etc and establish if there are any structural considerations required.
I then create an Ideas Board based on your vision – this includes photographs of all suggested products, colours, and costs. The Ideas Board helps you see how your finished project could look and provides direction for your project moving forward
Then a quote is created including an estimate of budget and time frame.

Upon acceptance of the quote sourcing of high quality products begins and project management of all tradespeople is involved. Ensuring time frames and quality is met where appropriate.
I’ll be on hand through regular meetings/phone/email discussions with you throughout the duration of your project to answer any questions you may have .
Then finally the renovation is complete.
